Workshop objective

The workshop aims to shed light on the following:

• Disputes arising from commercial exchange operations
• International commercial arbitration as one of the most important non-judicial means of settling commercial disputes
• The importance of establishing centers affiliated with the Ministries of Justice and Trade to organize and codify international commercial arbitration mechanisms
• The impact of government intervention in regulation and legalization in creating a stimulating environment for mutual international investments
