Project Implementation

Companies are always planning some type of project. It could be a small project or a large project, depending on their overall goals and objectives. Much work goes into the project planning phase, such as evaluations & assessments, fund applications, and technical decision-making.

After the project plans are established, the next step is the implementation and execution of those plans. Project implementation is about taking ideas and bringing them to life. It requires a knowledgeable manager who knows how to supervise a team of skilled professionals and guide them toward implementing the project effectively.

Project Implementation is a required course of the Doctorate in Business Administration program at American International Theism University. No matter which company you work for after graduation, you will likely be in a position where you must work on some portion of a project. If you don’t understand project implementation techniques, you will be lost when executing a project plan in a real-world setting.

This course provides a systematic and thorough introduction to all aspects of project management. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the relationship between projects and the strategic goals of the organization. Throughout the whole six weeks of the course, you will learn about the technical, cultural, and interpersonal skills necessary to manage projects from start to finish successfully.

There will be great emphasis placed on project management as a professional discipline with its own tools, strategies, and skills. Concepts are reinforced by case studies covering a wide variety of project types and industries. Perhaps you can find a particular industry that interests you and later find a job in that industry. Every employer wants to hire a skilled DBA graduate with project implementation on their academic record.

You will receive four credits after the completion of this course. Class participation takes place entirely online. You will be given six weeks to finish the course. After that, you’ll be four credits closer to obtaining the best degree you will ever receive.
