The importance of types of international contracts and FIDIC contracts for the engineer
Contracts, by their nature, such as sales contracts, partnership agreements, franchises, and supply contracts, contribute to organizing commercial relationships between companies from different countries.
If an engineer lacks sufficient knowledge of these contracts, they will face difficulties in executing projects according to the contract's requirements and legal obligations, which may lead to international disputes.
